If you have selected advance payment as your payment method, we will send an order confirmation and advance payment invoice to you by email in which you can view your overall order information and the required account details.

Please only transfer the invoice amount to the account indicated after receiving your order confirmation and please specify the order number. Please specify your customer number and invoice number in the reason for payment field.

We will process your delivery immediately after receiving payment.

International transfers
For international transfers please use a SEPA transfer (IBAN, BIC) and make payments only in EURO. Any bank charges are payable by the customer.

iDEAL is a Dutch payment method for making secure online payments from your bank account. Residents from the Netherlands can use iDeal to pay for their InterRail Pass, so they don't need a creditcard.

In order to use iDEAL, you should follow these steps:

• Select Euro (€) as your preferred currency.
• In the shopping cart, make sure you selected 'Netherlands' as the country in your billing address.
• On the page with Payment methods, choose iDEAL and select your bank.
• You then will be transferred to the online banking page of your bank. After finishing your payment, you will return to the confirmation page of nour online shop.
